Dr. Coker hails from Dallas. He did his undergraduate studies at the University
of Texas and completed his medical school training at the University of Texas Medical Branch, Galveston, Texas. He performed
both his internship and residency at Los Angeles County, University of Southern California. He is fellowship trained from The
Joseph Boyes Foundation for Research in Hand Surgery, Los Angeles. Dr. Coker is Board Certified by the American Board of
Orthopaedic Surgery and holds an additional certificate in hand surgery. He is a member of the American Academy of Orthopaedic
Surgeons and American Society for Surgery of the Hand. Dr. Coker limits his practice to treatment of the hand and upper
extremity. He came to the Saddleback area in 1983.
