Kalle Varav, M.D.
 Dr. Varav is a board certified anesthesiologist with fellowship training in pain medicine. He received his MD
degree from the medical college of Pennsylvania and went on to complete a surgical internship as well as an anesthesiology residency at UCLA. He then
completed his pain fellowship at UC Davis and is currently Board Certified by the American Board of Anesthesiology, the American Board of Pain Medicine,
the American Board of Interventional Pain Physicians and is a Fellow of the World Institute of Pain. He was Director of the Anesthesia Pain Program at
Kaiser Permanente at the Oakland/Richmond campus before relocating to San Diego where he continued in private practice. He has lectured on numerous
topics in pain medicine and was named a "Top Doc" by San Diego magazine for 2006. He has recently joined South County Orthopedic Specialists and
focuses on interventional procedural management of pain.
