As a patient, you want your doctor’s appointment to be as quick and convenient as possible. Phreesia, in partnership with , is excited to offer you the ability to complete the check-in process prior to your appointment.
You will receive a text message and/or an email that contains a link to privately check in before your visit, making your arrival at the office fast and simple (That’s right—no more paper forms to complete in the waiting room!).
How does it work?
Prior to your appointment, you will receive a text message and/or email prompting you to check in
- Text messages will contain a link that will automatically take you to your mobile check-in
- Emails will contain your appointment information and a button that reads ‘Click here to start’
Once you have opened your mobile check-in, you will be prompted to verify your identity by answering a few security questions
- This ensures that all information you enter is private and secure
After you begin your mobile check-in, you will be presented with a series of questions related to your health. You can also sign office policies and consents, if needed, and make a payment if a balance or copay is due
Make sure you provide us with an up-to-date cell phone number and email address to streamline your arrival at the doctor’s office with Mobile Check-in.
