Occupation & Hand Therapists
Lizeth is a California native, born and raised in Santa Ana. She earned her Doctorate in Occupational Therapy from the University of Southern California in 2022. During her time at USC, she completed her residency at Keck Medicine of USC, where she created and launched the first-ever hybrid Hand Therapy and Lifestyle Redesign® program for the faculty practice.
Lizeth brings a well-rounded background in both orthopedic and neurological rehabilitation. Her clinical experience includes working with individuals recovering from orthopedic injuries, as well as clients managing neurologic conditions such as Parkinson’s disease and multiple sclerosis. She also has specialized experience working with pediatric clients, including children with congenital differences as young as six months old. Lizeth is also a certified ergonomics assessment specialist and is passionate about educating her patients on injury prevention and workplace wellness. Her approach to care is client-centered, functional, and rooted in evidence-based practice.
Outside of work, Lizeth enjoys getting crafty with her sewing machine, whipping up sweet treats in the kitchen, squeezing in a good barre workout, and basking in the sun at the beach—her favorite way to recharge.
