    Comments: I live in Illinois and visit Orange County in the winter. In early 2012, my arthritic right shoulder became much worse and we visited SCOS. Dr. Montgomery did a complete replacement, and since Nov 2012 I have been playing tennis with zero pain. Not only is Dr. Montgomery a magician, but the entire staff is very professional and patient in helping us with our year-long battles with the insurance company. So glad I stayed in Cal for the surgery.
