Comments: I had knee surgery at the Laguna Woods location on January 7th. I want to acknowledge some of the staff members.

My check-in was with Angie and she was very helpful with my co-pay.

My admitting nurses were Charito & Trent and they were very accommodating & pleasant.

My Procedure nurse was Megan who has a delightful manner. Too bad she is not a regular staff member. (traveler)

My recovery & discharge nurse was Amy who informed me with all my discharge instructions in a very simple easy to understand manner.

My tech assistant was Jenny who is awesome.

Of course the two physicians; anesthesiologist Dr. Cho (who assured me I would not be sick to my stomach) and of course he was right. and Dr. Veneziano, what can I say, I was told he is the best knee surgeon around and I am totally convinced. He expl ained th e surgery as well as what to expect after the surgery.

I was off work less than two weeks and I have had two post-op visits one with Kelsy who is fabulous. I recommend this site to everyone.
