The problem I have been experiencing started with a "pop" in my left shoulder while I was doing curls with a 20 pound weight. It has now been about three months since this occurred. Shortly after the problem occurred I was referred to Dr. Youderian by my primary care physician. I delayed making an appointment until recently. Dr. Youdarian did a quick evaluation and gave me some exercises that will help with the repair (healing) of my shoulder. The consultation was relatively short and very professionally done.
