Lauren began her career in rehabilitation in 2013 as a therapy aide, where she discovered her passion for patient care and developed a strong interest in occupational therapy with a focus on hand therapy. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology from California Baptist University and her Master of Science in Occupational Therapy from Barry University in Miami Shores, Florida. Her clinical experience includes inpatient skilled nursing and specialized hand therapy, and she further refined her skills while working with an orthopedic group in South Florida.
Outside of work, Lauren is a passionate sports fan who follows the Raiders, Lakers, and Dodgers. She also enjoys traveling, scuba diving, and Pilates.
